Stand alone Rewinding Machines
We have a range of stand alone rewinders that incorporate our standard modules, we also have some counter roll machines and some short roll rewinders that are ideal for very short runs.
The machine above is designed primarily for the winding of short rolls of vinyl and similar products that are sold by the Metre, these re very easy to use and there is no waste, length is controlled with an electronic counter and they also have a straight cut knife to ensure a well presented roll is sent to the customers.
The Counter roll machines above are used to wind short rolls from large master rolls for sending to customers for plotter papers, wrapping papers and masking materials. They have an automated system and will ramp down automatically to the set length required by the clients.
High speed paper winders are surface winding units that can rewind rolls up to 1200mm diameter at high speed, the same surface batching winders can be used for many products other than paper where large diameters of heavy products are required.
Narrow web rewinders as above are often used for shorter runs or for winding after slitting on the master machine.
