Single Unwind and Rewind stands
We have a range of single and double Unwind and rewinds that are available from stock or at short lead times.
The machines are available in 600, 1200, 2000 & 3000mm widths and 600, 1000 and 1500mm diameters.

The unwind shown above is the base of our standard range, this is a floor mounted unwind that is complete with automatic locking safety chucks and either a brake or drive motor that can be controlled manually with the included regulator or electronic inverter drive on the rewind, multiple options are available as listed below.
The rewinder above is shown with an edge guider fitted, this uses high precision linear bearings to support the steel frame and is actuated with either a manual system or a fully automatic edge guiding unit that uses a fork type ultrasonic or infrared sensor to detect the web edge, the carriage is moved using a servo driven actuator.
A Lay On Pressure roll can be fitted to rewinds to ensure a good tight profile rewind is achieved, we have 2 options available, the horizontal option costs a little more but gives a contact angle and very even pressure, we also have a pivot lay on roller that is a little less cost.
The horizontal system can also be configured for slitting and for gap winding as options.
