Turret rewinder and automatic splicing
We have a range of turret unwinds and rewinds that can enable big improvements in machine productivity and can be supplied with our new machines or be installed in line with your existing equipment and integrated into your machine operating systems.
We have standard unit for web widths of 600, 1200, 1600 and 3200mm
Rewind diameters available are 600, 800, 1000, 1200 and 2200mm

The splicing head is a horizontal unit that allows for splicing under or over the rewind core as options,
On line slitting is also possible and the rewind carriage can also be configured as a pressure roller or for gap winding if required.

The turrets can be supplied with accumulators to enable zero speed splicing for products that might suffer from a repeat pattern in the roll.
