We manufacture a range of standard shaft less unwinds and rewinds as shown below, most are available from stock or on very short lead times, we also build reel handling equipment to order that can be deigned to suit your process if the standard units will not suit.
The benefits of shaft less reel stands are to reduce lifting and danger to operators and very large rolls are easily loaded into the machines by just one operator.
The machines are available in 1200, 1600, 2000, & 3200mm widths and diameters of 1000, 1800 and 2200mm.
